Esther Pujol Wilkie – Lawyer, Property Law in Spain (Sotogrande – Marbella – Barcelona)
Esther Pujol Wilkie is a Spanish lawyer (Abogada) specialising in Property Law, particularly for foreigners investing in, and relocating to Spain. Whilst Esther is based in Sotogrande and covers the whole Andalusian coast (particularly Marbella/Estepona) she also frequently engages in projects throughout Spain.
Esther qualified in Barcelona (1983) then moved to Edinburgh where for 5 years she practiced Law (as Scotland’s only Spanish lawyer at that time). During this period, she also worked at The Bank of Scotland’s International Division where she obtained a Diploma from the Scottish Institute of Bankers. Additionally, she collaborated with the Law Society of Scotland on several projects as well as the Spanish Consulate in Edinburgh plus numerous British Law & Media Groups.
In 1988 Esther moved to Gibraltar to become part of the Spanish Legal Team for the well-known firm Hassan & Partners, which had joint ventured with the renowned Spanish law firm – Plazas Abogados. Shortly thereafter she transferred to their newly opened office in Sotogrande where she remained as Managing Partner until 2010. This was followed by a brief period as partner of the international Law Firm KONSILIA specialising in Property Law and Fiscal Accounting.
In 2012 Esther ventured on her own with a clear, dynamic, and defined vision. Her highly professional career journey was now encouraging her to achieve a new dream – continuing the same work ethic, whilst also helping, supporting and collaborating with International entrepreneurs to develop business and investment not only in Spain but worldwide.
